James Rebhorn, one of America’s most recognizable character actors, recently joined us for an unforgettable Wind & Fire Tour at the Vulcan Motor Club.
Mr. Rebhorn has appeared in over one hundred feature films and television shows, including “Meet the Parents”, “Independence Day”,”Seinfeld”,”Scent of a Woman”, and “My Cousin Vinny.”
We’re pleased to announce that the forthcoming addition of the Ferrari California to the Vulcan Motor Club fleet in early 2009.
The Ferrari California is a modern interpretation of a treasured classic, the Ferrari 250 GT California. The 2009 Ferrari California channels the appeal of the original, and caps it off with the convenience of retractable hard top. The official unveiling will happen at the Paris Auto Show in September.
The California carries with it three notable items. Notable item one is a retractable convertible hard top. If you’ve ever seen a Ferrari 360 Modena Spider with its cloth top up, it just doesn’t feel right. With the California, it looks just as good with the top up or down. Notable item two is roominess, for example, its ability to transport multiple snowboards…and that’s according to Ferrari. Notable item three is Ferrari’s placement of the engine in front of the vehicle, which is significant because it enables notable items one and two.

Vulcan Motor Club offers the unique experience of driving some of the world’s most elite supercars in the world on a thrilling road course. During this five hour event, participants stop every thirty minutes to switch and compare performance and handling between six incredible supercars – including the Ferrari F430 Spider, Ford GT, Audi R8, Aston Martin DB9, Lamborghini Murcielago, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, and others (depending on availability).

SOAR IN A FREE-FLIGHT GLIDER
Then, enjoy a soaring, free-flight journey above the Garden State in a glider. You’ll start with a briefing session before climbing aboard the glider with your expert pilot and guest. After being towed nearly a mile above the landing strip, the aircraft will peel away, leaving you free to soar in the thermal currents. Breathtaking aerial vistas fly by as you float high above the Delaware Water Gap and Lehigh Valley. This unforgettable experience offers you the purest form of flying imaginable.

Last Saturday, the Vulcan Motor Club collection was featured at the 8th Annual Chester Car Show. The event assembled an impressive display of over 200 classic cars, and countless grinning kids.

Like a private jet that requires three to four hours maintenance for every hour of flight time, Ferraris are not cheap to own or operate.

A few weeks ago we received a call from an area resident. Perhaps she had grown tired of spoiling her sweetheart with ties and watches for his birthday, and she asked for our help planning a memorable birthday surprise for her husband.
“Yes,” we said. “Red supercars make excellent birthday gifts. Especially when you explain that it’s a club, and that you didn’t drop $250,000 on his birthday gift.”
“Trust us on this one.”
Sunday morning dawned bright and clear. They arrived…
…and on cue we threw open the doors, revealing the Vulcan Motor Club fleet of ultra exotic and luxury cars. His expression was priceless.
After agonizing over which of his dream cars to take out (the red Ferrari F430 Coupe narrowly edged out the yellow Lamborghini Gallardo), we gave him a brief tutorial, tossed him a set of keys, and sent him on his merry way.
